Rick Rutledge, CEO
and president of BiAmerican Biomass Energy (BBE), first envisioned
creating an alternative energy company in the early 1990s. He created
BBE in 2006 as a company dedicated to the production of renewable
fuels, with the mission of preserving the environment and freeing our

Currently, production facilities are slated for development in Napa Valley,
Riverside, Oxnard,
and Castroville, California. Due to the company’s

expansion plans are targeted towards coastal regions throughout the

referred to as biomass, to create bioethanol, biodiesel, and general
