Mobile Biomass
Production Systems series of modular
Biodiesel production systems meet the needs of clients in a wide range of
operational environments. These systems are the first to incorporate advanced
technologies allowing fully automated operations and the capability of being
monitored on remote locations and controlled from a central facility to assure
the highest quality product available meeting all international specifications
such as ASTM D-6751 and EN 14214 set for Biodiesel.
BBE
will
produce and deploy a series of modular Biomass production systems. These
systems will have 4 distinct models and modes of operation.
- Portable Fueling Station
(PFS) (Passive) biofuels
container systems are self contained commercial
containers providing Biofuel storage for Ethanol and Biodiesel or blended
fuels. These containers come in 20’ and 40’ sizes. These units have onboard
monitoring and control systems (optional). Each unit is designed and
manufactured to meet or exceed all safety requirements and environmental
standards. Standard capacities are 1500, 2500 and 5000 gallons.
- Mobile
Biodiesel Production Systems (MBPS)(Active) modular Biodiesel production systems are self contained providing their
own power generating capacity and onboard monitoring and control systems. Each
system provides the client with the advantage of transporting the unit to areas
of operations as needed no matter what the circumstances as a semi-stationary
unit for use by municipal, county, state or federal agencies, field support for
agriculture, industrial and construction. Each unit is designed and
manufactured to meet or exceed all safety requirements and environmental
standards. Standard capacities are 1500, 2500 and 5000 gallons.
- Mobile
Biodiesel Power & Communications Systems (MBP/CS)(Active) modular Biodiesel production systems are self
contained providing their own power generating capacity via onboard generator and
capable of being configured as portable communications
uplink units during disaster response scenarios through onboard monitoring and
control systems. Each system provides the client with the advantage of
transporting the unit to areas of operations as needed no matter what the
circumstances as a semi-stationary unit for use by municipal, county, state or
federal agencies, field support for agriculture, industrial and construction as
well as the capability to be prepositioned in anticipation of requirements
under disaster response conditions. Each unit is designed and manufactured to
meet or exceed all safety requirements and environmental standards. Standard
capacities are 1500, 2500 and 5000 gallons.
- Mobile Biomass
Processing Units (MBPU) modular agri-waste processing
systems that are modular units capable of being used for biosludge
applications. Development of portable processing units allows treatment of wet
biomass, including mineral matter and small particle
waste recovery. The process provides an efficient means to recover the
energy left in residual material from agri-waste production, particularly from fruits,
vegetables and vineyard feedstocks. This process not only recovers water, it
also improves the overall process efficiency of ethanol and “Organic” CO˛ production,
it addresses the requirement for wastewater treatment inherent in the winery fermentation.
In addition, the technology has potential for use in energy recovery from other
wet biomass processing residues from sugar production processes and biorefinery
concepts. Each system provides the client with
the advantage of transporting the unit to areas of operations as needed no
matter what the circumstances as a semi-stationary unit for use by municipal,
county, state or federal agencies, field support for agriculture, industrial
and construction. Each unit is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed all
safety requirements and environmental standards. Standard capacities are 150kgpm,
250kgpm, 500kgpm, 1.0mgpm and 2.0mgpm waste water gallons recovery.
Production
facility located in Castroville, Calif. The Facility also
incorporates an automated monitoring facility. The first Mobile
Biomass Processing Unit order will be processed next week.
